Was this dentist friendly? Not Really Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? No, they only examined them for a few seconds Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything! Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Yes, there is a definite trend of overbooking here Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? No. It took me several times to get through.

Sometimes, but not always Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Yes, they lasted as long as they were supposed to Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Yes, I received sample toothbrushes and toothpaste Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment

I was extremely dissatisfied with the outrageous prices charged for simple fillings and x-rays. Far outside what we usually pay. Would never have gone to Instyle Smiles, but our regular dentist was unable to see us. I honestly felt as though once they found out about our dental insurance, they were determined to use all our coverage up in a few visits. I recommend comparing prices before going to Instyle Smile.
