I’ve been attending InStride for both physio (clinical pilates) and podiatry for about two or so years. Steph, Naomi and Kath have been really great and welcoming. I am notoriously terrible at committing to any form of exercise for more than a couple of months but I really enjoy the Clinical Pilates classes at In Stride and have miraculously been attending consistently for the last two-ish years. I have enjoyed than a decade of excellent, expert, empathetic care from this practice. The rooms are lovely and the Pilates/gym space is fantastic.
Nichola is amazing. Very knowledgeable and professional. Was able to help fix something that 3 other professionals hadn’t! Highly recommended!
