I love this facility! The staff in amazing and friendly, the facility is cleans and the fitness instructors are so knowledgeable and fun. This gym is a perfect oasis for being your best you. Go take Olivia’s yoga and Barre classes

Unfortunately just finish my last training session with Joseph this kid is awesome great attitude and not just going through the motions with you which goes along way. This won’t be my last one I will definitely be back so if your interested in a trainer ask for Joseph
I'm officially a member at In-Shape!!! This will take my fitness to the next level & continue helping me become a better version of myself. It only took two days of my one week trial membership to convince me. So well maintained & the pool is awesome. Whoever designed this gym thought of everything!
