RecommendedALISHA IS THE BEST! Her fight and power classes are so good. She's the best because she really breaks down each step. She's the reason I stay in this gym instead of paying less at Planet fitness or swimming at Ymca. She always has the same energy and she really connects with us. I'm always motivated to work out when I see her and that's what gyms should be about. Thanks Alisha! Keep up the good work! Also the gym has everything you need. My daughter husband and friends go to this gym.

I signed up on the 22nd of February I got charged on the second of March for the second month, They charged me a full month for just seven days. I like this Gym I'll stay here too but this was kinda suspect at best.
