RecommendedI am a very self conscious person and never saw myself going to the gym to work out. The staff here are very friendly and make you feel welcome. I never got any feeling if judgement from anyone. I also love the groups! Zumba is so much fun and even if you can’t keep up or have no idea what you are doing like me you will love it! Their amazing juice bar is only a added plus!

RecommendedI have been working out with Dave Moore for a few years and it has been a awesome experience. I tore my meniscus several months ago at spinning and will have surgery in 2 days but I am in great shape and will recover fast thanks to Dave . The staff at Inshape always has a smile on their faces and says hi when you arrive so here’s a 👍
