I’ve been spinning with Kathy K on Monday’s and when she covers for Chris (another rockstar) on Wednesday’s! Kathy takes the times to make her classes challenging, exciting and fun! RecommendedI have been at In Shape for about 8 months and I love it. People are friendly. I love the spin classes and power classes at 5:15 AM!! Yes AM!!! I have never worked out that early but look forward to it every morning. Thanks for the motivation
Inshape has been an integral part of my fitness journey. The staff is knowledgeable and professional and make the gym a less intimidating place to be.
