The gym itself is just fine, clean and easy to use, but their customer service is atrocious. They do not allow you to cancel over the phone (they had told my husband his membership was cancelled over the phone) and no matter what any employee tells you they DO indeed auto renew your membership after a year. The employee I spoke to on the phone was contradictory and incredibly rude.
