I have been going to In & Out lube since the 80s, and I’ve continued going there even after I moved an hour south of Fort Worth because they have been that good. Lately the service seems slow and the employees seem frustrated for some reason. Today the oil truck was there emptying the sump, which blocks the first bay. I asked if I could go around and back into bay 1. “No sir, you can wait your turn like everyone else.” I gave a thumbs up. And backed out into 8th ave and left. I ain’t going back.
I needed an oil change and state inspection quickly, so I stopped by this place because it's near my house. They charged me $45 for an oil change. I guess that one was my fault, because I didn't specify that I didn't want the most expensive oil change when I came in. It also took them well over an hour to change the oil and inspect the car, and this was on a weekday afternoon. About a week later, I noticed oil dripping from my car.
