Dr. John and Sally have been awesome to work with and have significantly helped my back issues, especially with my upper back with sitting a desk for a better part of the day. I have gone from forward extension of my neck of 3.5 inches to just under 0.5 inches, which has taken a lot of strain off my upper back as it doesn't have to work as hard to keep my neck up :). Dr. John treated my hip imbalance and a subluxation in the neck. My body responded very nicely to his treatment and WHOOP started logging an increase in my HRV sustainably with his adjustments starting the end of June.
