Professional and very courteous. Treatment was truly individualized and made the iLASIK procedure more comfortable overall.
You can expect a wait when you go see Dr. Shin but he's worth it. He's kind, thorough and an expertise in his field.
Dr. Shin has no time for the proper treatment of his patients. Every time I enter one of his overcrowded waiting rooms and sit for over an hour to be seen, I am very dissapointed by my sesion with him. He is generally confused at the state of my vision, and hurredly makes a decision for my treatment before moving on to the next patient. His directions for my treatment are rushed out in a single breath so I can hardly understand, and he takes no time to explain to me what is truly going on with me health. I had a fantastic experience at Montgomery Eye. Dr. Shin and his whole team were fantastic. I was so nervous getting Lasik, but Dr. Shin and DeeAnn made me feel so much better, and the procedure and post-op went totally smoothly.
Follow up appointment at 1:20 pm. Have not been seen yet. It’s now 3:00 and still waiting.
Today was my initial visit, so I had pre-planned for the visit to take a little longer than normal. During my time at Montgomery Eye, I couldn't have been treated nicer. The staff ran several tests on my eyes before I ever met Dr. Shin. He was very attentive and welcoming. I highly recommend Montgomery Eye and Dr. Shin. Thank you.
Never been to a business where people genuinely cared about me and how the lasik would affect me. Everyone of them were top notch and you can really tell they were interested in the things I had to say when discussing the procedure. Highly recommend this business if you are looking to get lasik. All the staff are the best in the business. Very easy process and very good people to deal with.

It was bad enough to wait for over 2.5 hours to see Dr. Shin (after the fact that I traveled an hour to see him!) Then had to go through several different tests & sit in a small room & waited for another hour & a half BEFORE he even graced me with his appearance! He was rude & barely gave me the time of day regarding my concerns. He refused to listen regarding the medications he was trying to prescribe me. (Which I had been previously prescribed and had a SEVERE reaction to!!!)
