The leasing agents should tell the tenant they have 10 month lease, I was expecting a year lease and they told me is more expensive if we sign a year lease. I think we should know first. For the rest is a nice property.
This place is EXTREMELY unorganized, incompetent, unprofessional of all places I've lived in Arizona. I consider my self a native to the valley, and will never again return. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER CONSIDERING THIS PLACE! Just a few reasons why I feel so deeply, our air conditioner unit went out over several times during mid summer. Had to replace the dish washer, dryer machine, disposable drain was leaking. We had to put on our own shower head, the water pressure is awful. RecommendedI absolutely love living here and I really lucked out since this is my first apartment. The maintenance crew is always on top of everything as well as the grounds keepers. Once, maintenance had to enter my apartment because there was a leak from my shower from the previous tenant and the downstairs neighbors had complications due to it. I was at work but they called me and left a message about entering and also left a written note when they were finished to document the time and reason for them entering. I AM TRYING TO CALL THEM TO GET AN ISSUE ADDRESSED AND THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE, THE WOMAN WHO DID ANSWER HUNG UP AND NOW THEY BLOCKED ME. I WILL CONTINUE TO MAKE PAGES UNTIL YOU ADDRESS THE ISSUE AND I WON'T STOP CALLING
