DO NOT MOVE HERE! Management allowed pest control to enter my apartment without informing me. When asked, management had no clue. When requested for locks to change the next day, no one showed up. I gladly paid the break the lease fee and moved next door to Mandalay on the Lake (great place by the way). Your security is in danger. Misty, the manager will not communicate to resolve the situation. She will give you the wrong information to contact her superiors. I look at the reviews on here and I have to say that I agree with their middle of the road rating. As far as the location and the actual building itself goes, I have enjoyed my time here. The lake is perfect for outdoors type people or animal lovers, and it seems to be the only complex in the area with concrete floors instead of carpet or Hard wood, which was a big selling point for me. Beautiful location. difficult for visitors to park. saving the worst for last, they will change you on basically EVERYTHING & ANYTHING they can to make an extra few bucks in their back pockets. DEFINITELY WILL NOT be renewing my lease here and I DO NOT recommend this apartment for others. Hope this helps those who're looking for a great place to live (not here).
I love this place... next to lake carolyn n near to birds fort trail. Great place for who loves outdoors
