Dr. Ahmad was referred to me by Drs. Evans & Kinn who are all part of the Bluhm Cardiovascular Institute. Along with my heart issues I have Kidney Cancer. I had a nephrectomy in 2007 so I have one lone kidney. I needed a Angiogram but the doctors were concerned that the dye used in the procedure would further damage my kidney. So they did the Intervention procedure on my LAD artery in two parts. Dr. Kinn did the 1st Angiogram as a diagnostic to determine where the blockages were located with minimal use of the dye.
