Loved the work ImproveIT! of Atlanta did on my roof. Everyone was very professional (Kevin, Jesus, Sonja) and the work was done well. I would use them again, infact, my neighbor did after I referred this company and she loves her roof, too!
Carlos and his team were punctual and worked efficiently. They finished hours before their estimated finish time. Also, after they replaced the roof, they cleaned up all the debris left around my yard from removing the old roofing. I want to thank Carlos and his team for their help, and I would recommend them.

My experience with this company was horrible. They were not professional or honest. After replaceing my roof my cable cord was left out visibly lying on my roof . When the rep Carlos came to pick up the check, he attempted to move and conceal it but wasnt sucessful. He then claimed it commonly happens and shouldn't be a problem, yet it has been causing reception issues that I will have to pay my cable provider to come out and resolve, note without going on the roof because they claim it could forfeit my warranty. Very professional and made the whole roof replacement process easy to navigate through
My sells person Ms. Sonja was very good. Communication was the key getting this project completed & she informed me with any changes/updates along the way. The job turned out very nice, this was my second time using them on two different projects.
The team was extremely knowledgeable! My husband and I noticed that they had done our neighbor roof and finished it in one day. If we had a question Carlos would return our call in a timely manner. The first time that I met him I only felt good vibes and he didn't let us down. Carlos ***** is AWESOME!!!
