We just had our roof replaced 08/29/2024. So far, we are satisfied with the quality and the time it took to for the roof replacement. It was a one-day job. We are pleased with the work and customer service.

Not happy with them at the moment. **************** is severely lacking. We had to get them back out after multiple calls due to their not installing all of the vents they charged for. Finally had to send them pictures of the roof verifying they failed to add two additional vents.Now two years later we have noticed a leak around one of the pipes. Not sure how long the leak has been ongoing as it was very slow. Regardless we are having to replace damage in the main floor ceiling where water has dripped down the pipe. Probably... read more

I had a roof put on 11/30/21 and it was a leak over a bay window in my dining room ceiling, they sent someone out on 12/22 and they put some type of black sealant over the window outside and not the leak is going down the walls and destroying the molding and I am getting the run around. I had my insurance company come out and accessed it and it was determined that some of the roofing was not done right also there is leaking g upstairs the roofing company is trying to say that it's the air-conditioned leaking they are denying... read more

Have sent correspondence to them -- roof job on the house was a 4 but the porch was and is a 1. They -- contractor ***** ******** has not corresponded and the phone number with no response either. I have maintained records of mail sent to them as well as dates of trying to contact at the nujmber listed herein. I also have pictures of where the drip edge they installed and the roofing does not go over the drip edge -- the roofing is about 1/8" from drip edge and has caused 3 boards to rot.... ImproveIt of Atlanta did my roofing however the contractor they hired *********** Inc, dumpster who removed the trash was a total disaster, which left my driveway cracked, scratched and a big chunk of concrete was taken out of the curb. Andreas hired a contractor to paint the driveway for the fix which looks terrible and stands out from any home in the complex. They received $7993 from my insurance company. Loved the work ImproveIT! of Atlanta did on my roof. Everyone was very professional (Kevin, Jesus, Sonja) and the work was done well. I would use them again, infact, my neighbor did after I referred this company and she loves her roof, too!

Carlos and his team were punctual and worked efficiently. They finished hours before their estimated finish time. Also, after they replaced the roof, they cleaned up all the debris left around my yard from removing the old roofing. I want to thank Carlos and his team for their help, and I would recommend them.
