I have done business with Imprimis for several years and will continue to do so. Whether by phone or web site, the staff responds quickly to my questions. Today, Ivan was on the live chat within seconds. Very efficient! I am more impressed each time with this company and their customer service staff!

I was prescribed three medication drops in one container after recent cataract surgery. This is a great improvement over the three separate containers that we got when my partner had his cataract surgery five years ago! My only concern is that the vials are very hard to close tightly once they have been opened and I did make this comment directly to Imprimis.

I had a hard time trying to find a place to leave a review for this company! I had no idea they existed until my pharmacy told me that the eye medication I have been taking for several years is on hold because of a raw material shortage or something like that. I called my opthalmologist who I trust completely and he switched me to a new medication and set it up for delivery through Imprimis which I didn't even know existed before tpday. I’m primos has a very efficient process. They process orders/requests via text communications - Easy. There was a shipping error (FedEx, not Imprimis) which they rectified swiftly do I would have drops before surgery.
Needed a refill on a prescription, but I had lost the container. Chatted online with Jorge and he was not only able to get me the refill, he also got it overnighted to me. The medication worked great and their customer service is exceptional. Thank you ImprimisRx and Jorge. Betty Tovar
