Just had a live chat with Elsy and she made my reordering my prescription rather easy. Was impressed with her quick responses to my chats. Have to admit that before today, live chat was aggravating. Response times were slow.
I spoke to a very friendly person name Angela, and she took care of my prescription refill, on a chat. It was better than having to wait on the phone.
My opthalmologist prescribed cyclosporine from Imprimis as a substitute for Restasis. I take several eye drops and cyclosporine is the only medication that she supports a generic. The pricing from Imprimis is excellent. I had a bit of a snag in my last refill, when the doctor's office prescribed a one-month supply instead of my usual 3-month supply. prompt and effective response to chat inquiry and refill of eye drops
Somehow I 'lost' my eyedrops which I need for eye condition. I sent a message before they opened and got a prompt response from Ivan. He set up a rush shipment that I'll have tomorrow. I really appreciate that! I recommend them. Plus my opthamologist highly recommends them too.
Love that their products come in bottles that prevent contaminants from entering preservative free opthalmic solutions!
Imprimis customer service and delivery were amazingly great! I was able to do everything through chat and they had my records accessible for the customer service person to help me right away. I had multiple interactions with them and needed to get some complex compounding done due to a serious eye problem, and everything was done perfectly. Billing was exactly what they quoted and changing billing types was a snap.

My ophthalmologist had prescribed Restasis for my dry eyes, but, even with Part D medicare supplement, the costs became prohibitive. She switched me to Imprimis Cyclosporine, which even though they don't accept medical insurance, was still less expensive. These "generic" drops seem to work as well as Restasis.
