Had an excellent visit at Westend Dental on 5/23. The hygienist was able to get me in a few minutes ahead of my appointment time. Customer service was outstanding! The hygienist never left the room for more than a 1 minute during the 1 hr visit and, she kept me informed on what she was doing, why and what I needed to do to maintain my dental work in good standing.

Met promptly by Megan, a hygenist, who spent 20 minutes talking with me about specific things we had discussed last time, as a follow-up. Then let me settle right into my headphones during a painless cleaning. A little wait for Dr. Z, but no big deal at all. EXCELLENT, as always!
I have been to Westend Dental 3 times now, and have been very pleased with the care I received.
My visit was awesome. I followed my dental hygienist instructions and my teeth were rewarded with a great report as well as an extra dispenser of floss!
I have to say Westend was/is awesome. Best Dentist and Staff I've ever been too. Hands down. Keep it up!
The only issue about my appointmen was that it took longer than I had anticipated. Perhaps it would be helpful to give patients an idea on how long an appointment might be for planning purposes.
This is one of the best dental office in Chicago. I have been there for over ten years (and it may be more) and their services and staff just keep getting better and better. For me, Dr. Fiore is the best!
