West End Dental is excellent. They are always on the cutting edge of technology and expertise. The staff is very professional and caring, and the office is very well run.
I was very pleased with my experience at Westend. Each member of the staff that I met with from the moment I walked in was very friendly and welcoming making the experience very enjoyable (even for a dentist office). It is the first time I actually spoke with the dentist instead of him just coming in looking at my teeth and walking out. My most recent visit for a cleaning,xrays, and check up, went without a hitch.I walked in for my 9am, and Amy was ready.Before to long, Dr. Fiore came by to look over my digital xrays, on the monitor, with Amy , and I.Doc finished my exam, Amy finished cleaning. Kelly checked me out, smooth sailing. West End Dental, doesn't have to be the end of your day, just the start.
I had two cavities filled and it was a very quick ad painless procees. I think the fillings took only 15-20 minutes, maximum. I am 8 month pregnant and they were very accomodating with the position of the chair and the type of numbing agent used. I will definitely use them again.
