I have been going to Westend Dental for 18 years, and they have been consistently great. They have never once been behind schedule, so I never have to wait. Their staff are all very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Every hygienist I've had there has been great at both the dental work and communicating and explaining what's going on. Their updated office space is gorgeous and functional. If I had any constructive criticism, I'd definitely offer it - but I don't!
Above all, I miss Amber. She was there with me through the whole new Dentures experience; holding my hand. Dr. Fiore is all anyone could ask for. Warm, concerned, reassuring, listens and super knowledgeable. And a fabulous smile. With the expansion of your practice, while the new employees seem nice, I miss the camaraderie that I felt with the smaller staff. Felt very comfortable and the staff and doctor are wonderful.
I cannot stress how much West End saved the day for me! I had a fake tooth come loose from the bridge at 9pm and was able to get in by 8am the next day to have it fixed. Even more, they only charged a minimal emergency appointment fee.

Going to the dentist is never on the top of anyone's list. BUT, as it is an integral part your health, you need the right dental pro's working for you. I have been visiting WestEnd for 20 years now, and have always felt very confident in the recommendations I was getting from Dr Fiore and his team. He is very knowledgeable and always makes me comfortable. He makes my visits very efficient. I will continue to use Westend long into the future.
I really appreciate Dr.Fiores opinion as he is always honest and say it as it is. In the past I always felt in the other dental offices like they are selling me something that I do not need, with Dr. Fiore that fear do not exist. Everyone was so polite and they tried hard to be as helpful as possible. There services are more expensive then some other offices that I visited but I feel that level of service is good enough to justify the price.
As always, I can say I enjoyed my visit as much as anyone can enjoy going to the dentist. Everyone is always very nice and welcoming, professional and expedient.
