Buen servicio
My experience with them started really well. Their staff was friendly and informative. They got me the part I needed. My issues are with their returns process. I was able to return my items, but they were not able to refund my credit card. The cashier didn’t seem to understand how their systems work. I paid with my phone and somehow he kept blaming me for not bringing the physical card. I’ve done returns like this before at other locations with zero issues. He was unable to issue a refund.
