My experience with them started really well. Their staff was friendly and informative. They got me the part I needed. My issues are with their returns process. I was able to return my items, but they were not able to refund my credit card. The cashier didn’t seem to understand how their systems work. I paid with my phone and somehow he kept blaming me for not bringing the physical card. I’ve done returns like this before at other locations with zero issues. He was unable to issue a refund. Been a loyal customer to the Escondido store which is great ! Bummer that this San Diego location sucks , they’ll have you standing waiting for 15+ minutes while they finish their computer work instead of attending their in store clients. AVOID AT ALL COSTS , site one is down the street !
