I recently came into Imperial to get my hair highlighted and trimmed, and I must say I was very very pleased with the amazing job Kari Sumner did on my hair! My hair looks and feels great. The salon was peaceful and serene and all of the staff were super friendly. I highly recommend Kari at Imperial...you won't be disappointed, I know I'm not!!!!
Loved my massage and facial...pedicure was not worth 1/2 the price I paid for it. Five days after, polish was chipping off. Called to ask if I could have a polish change and they told me it would be $15 because "it has been five days." Wouldn't recommend a pedicure from here to anyone.

What a great experience!! My husband surprised me with a 3 hour visit and the staff and the whole experience was amazing!! Everyone made me feel so special and truly pampered me!! Thank you for a wonderful experience!!
The staff was extremely nice...other then that I had a horrible experience. .yes I came in with no appointment but it was early and didn't seem to be busy...took at least twenty minutes to get back in for a pedicure. I got a very basic pedicure. Too basic for the cost I spent $115 before tip on two pedicures and an eyebrow waxing. Which is insane. The bottoms of my feet did not look like a I just got a pedicure. I just got done getting my hair cut at Imperial and it was awesome! I saw Erin, and if you want the cutest, bubbliest, and very honest hairstylist, this is the girl to go to. I have really long hair that needed a trim plus I wanted some side bangs, and Erin was very good about saying what she thought would look best. It is a little pricey, but I'm sure if your hair is shorter it's not as bad!
Ericka (who I know personally and love dearly) gave me the best facial ever. She's super talented! Beatrice was wonderful for my mani pedi! Katie was so sweet and warm for my shampoo and blow out! I had a great day.... Cheryl Keefe
