Beware of Indian Harbour location. Don't trust that your belongings are safe. Was there Sunday my wifes and mother in laws lockers were opened all their cash taken and locked back up. Got basically pushed out the door because they were closing and told to call police and file a report. Not charged for the services. But told nothing they could do because a sign says they are not responsible for lost or stolen items. How convenient... come to find out there was another customer who had belongings stolen just 5 dates earlier. N... read more

Thank you for taking my call. We are working diligently with the police department to rectify this matter. We have taken necessary action by replacing all the locker locks and now we have only one entry point to our locker rooms. Our signage does state that we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or valuable items for our guest’s protection. Thank you to our Imperials guests for your patience and continued support.
