I love the attention to detail everytime I visit here. From the warm greeting from Nicolette as I walk in the door to the relaxing treatments I get from Adrianne, everything is perfect. The salon is beyond clean and the staff is professional and friendly.

Visiting with my mother in law, and in desperate need of a manicure I landed at Imperial. I opted to spend the extra money to have the signature manicure 💅🏻 over the traditional. This added a pariffin type treatment. Adrian was my manicurist and she was amazing. Friendly and meticulous. I do not know when I will be visiting again, but when I do I will be having more than just a manicure next time! Thank you for a great Sunday afternoon.
I had a wonderful day at Imperial Salon & Spa IHB! Becca gave me an amazing massage and was so attentive to my problem areas, Maggie's facial was totally refreshing and she left me craving my next one, Destiny fixed my feet and made them normal again - she is my hero - and Gina rescued my hair - it's so shiny and finally feels normal again - I love her. Today was a last-minute appointment and they fit me in for a 4:20 they told me to come a little bit early to have a glass of wine which was fantastic got there at 4 and I waited 40 minutes so I didn't get back until about 4:50 for my scheduled 4:20 appointment the lady was wonderful and she apologized and said she was sorry but her other appointment was ran behind because she talked a little bit too much which is fine I know how customers can be but when I got back there she was fantastic amazing she took her time and even s... read more
