I brought my daughter here to get her first car and the salesman were very mellow and laid back. They weren't salesy or pushy. They took their time, explained things to us and made sure we got the model and year of car we wanted. We will be returning soon to purchase a 2009 Nissan Altima.
This is a diverse place to come and browse for cars. I didn't buy a car but I appreciated the candor of the salesman and their ability to treat me like a person and not a dollar sign. I'll be back when I'm ready to purchase a vehicle..
This was a very nice dealership to do business with. I came here looking for a Toyota Camry and I was assisted by Sam, a very chill and laid back guy. He helped me find the right model and year that best fit my price range and immediate needs. He took the time to match make me with the car I was looking for. I recommend coming here and asking for Sam!
I anticipated a cringeworthy experience before even stepping foot in this place but I was definitely surprised by how mild-mannered everyone was. They were professional, organized, and timely. Did not waste any time and stuck to the important details, which was to get my car on the road ASAP. I liked that mentality a lot. I ended up buying a Nissan Altima after spending no more than 2 hours time in the dealership with Sam. Sam was efficient and knew his cars. I would recommend this place.
This was one of the best dealerships I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I met with Dani, who was very high-spirited and full of life. She was enthusiastic and it soon rubbed off on me. I sat down with her after only 2 minutes of entering the building. The customer service was very "on point." They left no stone un-turned. If I could give this place and these people less than 1 star, I would have. They are the most corrupt, lying, typical "used-car-salesman" I have ever dealt with. We bought a 2007 Audi Q7 in April 2016 & drove it for TWO days before it died. They had said "Oh, don't worry, have it towed to our mechanic & we will take care of it". Well, that was the BIGGEST crock of S*&*! They refused to even contribute a dime towards the over $2,000 it cost to repair!
