Came here to check out their Ford vehicles and I liked what I saw. I bought a new Ford F-250 after spending about a few hours with paperwork, browsing deals, negotiating terms with the salesman, etc. Process went well and they were patient with me. Good experience overall.
This was an infinitely better experience than what I am accustomed to. They were very on top of things and never made me feel pressured to make a purchase right away. Very ethical and well orchestrated business practices. I would recommend to anyone.

This company had great salesman and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed before leaving the dealership. I did not find a car at this time but I was still treated with respect. That's rare nowadays at a dealership. They usually just jump down your throat desperately to make that sale. Gladly, Imperial Capital Cars was professional and experienced. I had a great first impression of this place when I first pulled up. I noticed the employees in the parking lot very attentive and guiding all the customers that were coming through. They were very hands on and friendly, encouraging me to want to walk inside and inquire about their vehicles. I spoke with a Dani and she was well spoken and professional.
