This was a very hands on dealership in a good way. The salesman were not attack dogs. They were more seasoned and respectful when handling their customers. Mike was a huge help and kept it professional. Will be back soon to purchase a vehicle.
They were able to get us a nice new Suburban after only being there for an hour and a half! Nice salesman and easy to do business with. Will definitely be back in the near future for my daughter.
Sat down with a Sam and Mike. Very easygoing and stress-free process. They had good deals on cars I was interested in, but I had yet to find a good deal for elsewhere. I was glad to see I had options. I recommend this location for efficiency and accommodation.
We came to this dealership 2 weeks ago and it went better than expected. My mom tells me a lot of terrible things about dealership, so I'm glad this one was the exact opposite. We went here as a family and liked Imperial Capital Cars very much. They had people outside to greet you and were greeted with smiles everywhere we went. We highly recommend them!
They have a nice selection of vehicles that they do not mind negotiating on if you have a budget. That's what stood out the most to me here. They will go above and beyond to accommodate their customers. Mike and Sam were very helpful. Thanks.
These guys have really competitive prices. Once you are able to negotiate a deal that makes everyone happy, that's when you know you're in the right place. I would definitely recommending these guys for making the dreaded "buy a new car" transition so much easier.
I'm glad this dealership was not a letdown. Nothing like I expected it to be. The salesmen were not cheesy or salesy. They were very hands on and knowledgeable about each vehicle. I eventually decided to delve into getting a Dodge Durango. I am finishing the process later this week. Great customer service and attentiveness so far.
