Needed help filling my RV tires. They helped me extend the stems and filed them. Big help that 2 tire places couldn't do.
I messaged them, they responded right away and asked for photo of the part I was looking for. I didn't get back to them until after 9pm and they responded immediately. I'd say that's customer service...above and beyond! Thank you!
Customer service is horrible can't get nothing done they order the wrong parts my parents bought a 2014 camper from them and they will never buy another one from Imperial camper
