I personally would avoid Imperial Camper like you avoid that kid with the runny snotty nose at an indoor playland. Their sales staff is fine. Jimmy Smiths (Sales and Owner #1) is pleasant enough. However, their Parts and "Customer Service" department leaves much to be desired. I bought my camper from Imperial in 2014. Best dang purchase I ever made! We have continued to utilize Imperial for maitenance and repairs, and every time these guys take great care of me! Affordable prices, quality workmanship and honorable business practices. I highly highly recommend!
