Bought a camper at Cranky Ape. Imperial took the camper did a full systems check and made it safe to transport to CO. Matt in service Dept was awesome... found a couple ways to save me a few dollars, highly recommended!!!!!!!
customer relations stinks.
I had an issue with my Norcold frig. Matt and Dean(?) in service were great to deal with with. They got me in even though they were swamped and I was on the road the next day. There was an issue with warranty coverage and they went the extra mile to do what they could to help me with that too!!! Kudos to the Service Dept at Imperial Camper!
My father purchased a camper, $500 sway hitch and a $40 electrical cord. First time using the cord it did not work. Tried to return and was told they wouldn't exchange it. Went to the manager, Jimmy I think his name was, and asked him about it, He was told to get the fuck out of here twice!! So after over $40,000 purchases, sell a $40 cord that never worked was treated this way. Should have taken his business elsewhere..... Is this seriously the way customers are treated here?
Matt and Dan are fantastic people to deal. Had some problems come up with our camper. Matt got us in even though they were booked and swamped. Matt jumped in with Dan and got out problems taken care of. They even took the time to walk us newbies through what we were doing wrong. They fixed our problem and got us back on the road in no time. Great place to but a camper and great group of people. Thank you Matt and Dan!
Matt and Dan are amazing guys! They took the time out of their already booked up schedule to help us get on the road with our toy hauler and explain things as they worked quickly so us newbies knew what the heck we were doing.
