The folks at Imperial Camper are ROCK STARS! I can't say enough good about them! Our travel trailer was vandalized and broken into late summer. Chopper knew we wanted to get some use out of it before the cold weather set in. The maker of it is no longer in business and everything had to be custom made. Which meant it could take a couple of months to fix. Always taken care of me anytime I have needed anything. Great owners and great customers service. I can't help but laugh at the $100 deposit customer. I guess there's one in every crowd.

We purchased a 2004 Jayco Granite Ridge Class C. The slide needed adjusting and the awning motor was worn out. Imperial fixed both at no cost. Adjusted the slide so it works great and installed new arms and motor for the awning. That's good customer service. I would recommend them to friends! Thanks Imperial (and of course Hutch!)
Words can't describe the amount of help I've continued to recieve through Imperial. Very well run business with a side of family and a lot of love. I HIGHLY recommend Imperial Camper!
Imperial Camper refuses to give my $100 refundable deposit on a travel trailer! I never purchased, only tried to get them to at least match the price of another dealership. Do your homework and shop around. Chances are good you will find much better pricing and service elsewhere.
Awesome customer service! They also have excellent prices on their campers!
