First, a little primer on our founder, Ancel. He's been a licensed AC contractor since 2006, experienced in the HVAC field working alongside his brother-in-law, Arnel, for a time. He also has a record of 15 years of service in the construction industry, specifically in quality control. So, as expected, the man cares about getting things done right. Now, Ancel had always craved greater control over his professional life, desiring to one day be his own boss.

This was my first time buying from Imperial WA A/C Supply Company, and I’m very impressed. The store is well-stocked, clean, and organized. I was helped quickly and respectfully. Mr. Ancel Acevedo was very professional and made sure I got exactly what I needed. He took the time to answer my questions and gave me confidence in the quality of the products. I went to to store because the AC in my dad's home (from 1993) went out. I checked the fuses and they were ok. The sales person helped me to check the run capacitors since my multimeter does not read uF and we determined that one of the capacitors was still working, but the readings were less than what the capacitor was rated for. We purchased a new run capacitor for the fan. The sales clerk, also mentioned that contactor plates frequently fail. Indeed, the contactor plate on my dad's unit did look like it was in good shape.... read more
