Great location. A hidden gem
Our suite was filthy. The spa tub did not work and the employee did not know how to help us. The same employee was supposed to bring up a pillow, sheets, bedding and a towel for my 76 year old Mom; he never brought anything! There was food on the floor from a prior guest. The coffee pot was disgusting, we could not have coffee in the morning. We had to go two doors down for ‘breakfast’. It was hard boiled eggs, cheese, toast and sliced lunch meat. NYC to stay here with you
Excellent location and staff (Camilo is a great host). Very convenient for a short stay in South Beach. The mediterranean style room is very confortable and quiet. There is a Nespresso machine in the room. The quality of breakfast could be improved.
