Worst experience with this company. VERY unprofessional. They received our money via wire transfer on Wed 9/12 and then DID not pay to get our apartment in time for our lease start date!! The real estate broker was suppose to cut checks by 5pm Friday 9/14 EST to the building agent (to insure that we have the keys by Sunday. I found out from the building agent that this was not done. They've had our money a day and a half. Needless to say, WE ARE IRATE. And they have no excuse that we will believe. Just awful professionalism.... read more
