Flouride Fee's I had an appointment and was asked if I would like fluoride treatment. It is not covered under my parents insurance plan and that was not explained to me, therefore, I said yes. To take is a step further, I don't even think that I was given the rate negotiated by the insurance plan. This isn't right.

The service was fine, the dentist was good with my daughter, but we waited for over an hour because they were not prepared for our visit. It was our first visit to the office because of insurance reasons and I specifically asked my previous office to send over my daughters x-rays with plenty of time for AIM to get them before our appointment.
