They made it a point to introduce themselves (everyone - from reception through the doctors) and to make sure that as a first time patient, that everything went smoothly. Check in and registration was easy, the appointment started on time and they worked with my challenging personal schedule to make my follow up appointments at a time that worked for me. All in all, a great first impression and visit.
