I came to AIM after receiving a flyer in the mail. I had very low expectations because of past experiences elsewhere. The staff and dentist at AIM were friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating.

Great service, comfortable setting. A cozy little building with warm and welcoming employees. The staff really makes sure you are comfortable and informed with whatever process you are going through with. They were quick to get me on the schedule and took care of me properly.

I was very pleased by my experience at the office. Everyone who I was in contact with was pleasant, personable, and outgoing; it was easy to communicate with these folks and they were genuinely nice. Also, the office was clean and comfortable. My wait to get into an examination room from time of scheduled appointment was nearly an hour, but the office was very busy that day and perhaps they were dealing with emergencies. I am hoping my next visit in a few weeks will be better. With that said, I feel I am in good hands and wo... read more

After being with the same dentist for 20 years, changing was a terrifying ordeal, but the staff at Aim was amazing... I've found my new dental practice!
First visit I went to AIM as my permanent partial bridge came out after many years. I moved back to MA after living in FL and needed to find a dentist. Everyone is courteous and helpful. Dr. Morad is starting on a multi step fix for my dental care. He has a good patient rapport.
