They are all very caring and seemed to actually care very much. All employees there were great and made me feel very welcomed.
Well first off, I was seen within minutes of turning in my paperwork to the front desk, which is a rare thing to come by with urgent cares! All of the staff was very kind, and my doctor was very helpful, giving me suggestions for my treatment. It turns out that I had an upper respiratory infection, and was very respectful of me preferring naturopathic remedies. It was a very satisfying medical visit in a beautiful new facility. Justin Gifford, MPAS, PA-C was a true professional, taking time to hear my concerns and answer them in a patient and caring way. I will recommend Immediate Clinic to my family and friends. How fortunate that I live just across the street from this clinic.
I came in really not feeling well and the staff was just really kind and understanding. I appreciate the way they took care, and listened well.
