I was very happy to have your clinic so close to my home (and work) in my emergency situation.I watched the clinic unfold but had no reason to use the facility. After my visit I was impressed with 1. The staff and Doctors 2. The cleanlyness of the facility and 3. the outcome of my injury with no compliciations after treatment. Thank You !
I feel that I had positive experiences both times that I went to ImmediateClinic. My brother-in-law was really sick with the flu and he said that he had never had someone followup with a phone call before. He thinks ImmediateClinic is excellent.
I went in with a sinus infection and was very pleased with the service I received. The doctor/PA was very thorough in her discussion of the course of treatment and I appreciated that she typed it out for me. I was checked in quickly, but did have to wait some time in the examining room. I understand that this sometimes happens in urgent care clinics as you don't know the severity of the other patients checking in. All the support staff was very helpful and friendly.
It is cheaper for me to go to an immediate care with my insurance than it is to see my primary care doctor. Everyone was very nice and caring. There was a long wait, however the staff was aware and seemed to be working quickly, while being concerned about how I was feeling. The doctor was very knowledgeable, and I was able to get antibiotics quicker, easier, and cheaper than if I were to go to my own doctor.
The staff were very helpful. I came in with a lot of pain in my right forearm. I got right in to see the doctor and within in minutes of the doctor examining me he figured out what was wrong and how to help my forearm. Within a couple weeks my arm healed. Best doctor visit I've ever had.

The registration process went quickly and my insurance provider was accepted. The time to see the doctor was only 15 minutes. During the pre-exam the nurse was very courteous as my vitals were recorded. I cannot remember the doctor who saw me but I would be very comfortable in having him as a primary provider.
I was concerned that my fatigue/malaise might be related to possible occult bleeding subsequent to a recent extensive removal of colon polyps - I was much relieved to find out that I likely was suffering from a respiratory virus through the excellent diagnosis and treatment form Immediate Clinic!
It was fast, easy, and all-aroud a good way to get what I was looking for. I can't see anything to change. i wated to see if I was healthy and I found out that I am.
