My family doctors is up north. I rarely get sick. Going to the clinic to see someone immediately instead of waiting an appointment and going north was very appealing. Having this clinic literally in my backyard is good for time like these. The reception staff were very polite and helpful, quick and efficient. The office nurse was in a word adorable. I'd just like to thank the Bellevue staff for being friendly and knowledgeable. I went to an urgent care in Federal way and was given a long wait time, and a doctor that didn't know anything about my problem. Clearly, with Bellevue, this wasn't the case :)
Like the choice of making an appointment or getting in line via the website. This allowed me to get in line before the clinic was even open. Service was efficient and the all the staff was friendly. Diagnosis was quick and my prescription was called in immediately. Followup phone call with lab results came timely. Haven't compared what the cost would have been with my regular doctor but it did seem high for what I received but I was able to get in quickly.
Receptionist is very friendly. Length of time to be seen is short. Attending physician is knowledgeable. Couple days later, I received a phone call to confirm whether the treatment works and whether I am getting better.
I brought my daughter in after she was complaining of soreness to her shoulder. I'd normally take her to Children's Hospital, but there was a clinic that just opened near by so we went there. Super clean, fast, friendly staff and the doctor was great. I'm glad I gave it a chance.
Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. I've been to a lot of immediate care clinics and this was the quickest, most convenient visit I've ever had. 5 stars!
I had a great time visiting the crossroad, bellevue urgent care.
I had a wonderful experience with staff and the attending. I was there for a foot injury, and I recieved good care as long as a very friendly experience. I am so glad they treat my daughter and I so well. I am always in and out within 30-40 minutes.
I have nothing to complain about, so just keep doing what you are doing!
