There was a short wait time, which I appreciated. They were very diligent in getting me in and out after diagnosing my problem. The physician assistant I saw, Arash Mirzaie, was very polite and made me feel very comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience.
We had a great time at your hotel. It was clean, breakfast was good, and most importantly a very friendly staff.
My wife Elaine and I both enjoyed our stay at the Stone Castle Hotel. The housekeeping and maintenance staff were very accommodating as well as friendly and efficient. The reception desk was adequately staffed and very customer service oriented. The rooms were clean, beds very comfortable. Thank you.
I have had past experience with walk-in clinics where I felt rushed and more of a bother than a valued customer. This was not the case at Immediate Clinic at Crossroads, Bellevue. The wait was a little longer than I expected, I made an online appointment and called in and still had to wait nearly 45 minutes. But overall, once I was seen back into the room it went quickly and the medication worked, it cleared up the problem in a week. I'm grateful they're open everyday ANY day, that's an amazing service!
I had a very positive experience. The clinic was clean and easy to find. I felt that the paperwork was easy to fill out and well explained. The staff was friendly and asked appropriate questions. I appreciated the basics being covered (weight, height, blood pressure) before meeting with the doctor. I did not have to wait long as a drop in which was nice. Only improvement point was that the front desk staff did not tell me how long the wait was. I should have asked as well.
Excellent staff and super quick service, i will definitely come here if I am in need of urgent care.
The reception staff were very kind and patient. The medical staff were fantastic and very supportive. The longest part of the visit was the wait for the radiology report.
I brought my 4 year old in and the physician did a great job. We had to change the prescription he was given and they were very quick and helpful.
