They are always behind. Even with an appointment my wife waited over two hours and finally just left without being seen. This is our experience every time we’ve used immediate care. The name is laughable! Please change your name to eventual care.

there needs to be a better billing system because I had no idea I owed money from like 10 years ago.
Went to location in NW Norman off Tecumseh was seen quickly and told my daughter had fractured her ankle, however when orthopedic doc looked at exact same xrays says not fractured didn't know why urgent care said it was! Very stressful for my daughter and was all for nothing! Definitely go somewhere else for injuries!
