Yvonne has been a godsend! She had started our carpet cleaning last week and was going to finish our terrace level/basement carpet this week but had the flu. So what happened? Our hot water heater died apparently Sunday night and Monday morning our basement was flooded! She and her son Patrick came out immediately to help deal with it (and she was back today) even though she was still recovering from the flu! Thank you, Yvonne!!! What a gem!
