Before I get into what I didn't like, I want to set something straight: The person who says they only saw a nurse the whole time is incorrect, as the person on the other side of the video monitor is always a doctor. It is a bit of a different experience than going to a regular doctor's office but the results are the same. A registered nurse is in the room with you and does the preliminary check up and then connects you with a doctor over webcam. I have been here twice and each time I appreciated the kind and professional staff. Both times the appointments were running late but I have never been to a doctor's office that was running on time so it was no big deal.

This place is a little bit confusing. I'll start off by saying I received good enough care here when I required it, but was confused by the set up and possibly too modern approach. You walk into a pharmacy and walk all the way back to find a receptionist sitting at a computer next to the adult diapers. That's check in. Standard procedure follows: name, care card number, why are you here.
