I just received one of best customer service ever from Temieer Sanders at Imagix, Alpharetta Office (Kudos!). She was incredibly polite, professional and patient in setting me up and getting a referral for my up coming periodontist visit in Johns Creek Office. I am a transfer patience from the Norcross Office and we had hard time finding my record in the system but she founded it so patiently without sending me to insurance company to figure it out. Had a root canal done here and while the procedure itself went well, toward the end the endodontist said he would fill the hole he drilled with temporary material because that part of the procedure was not on the treatment plan and that usually he does that part as well. Of course I had no ability to ask questions or change courses at that point. The person who assisted him mumbled the whole time - I could not understand a word she said.
