We had great service from the guys at Imaging Spectrum, but we had some challenges when part of one of our orders was not dispatched. However, they did their best to rectify the problem by shipping the missing items as soon as the mistake was discovered and they went out of their way to compensate us for the inconvenience caused. Thanks to Ronnie McAdam for all his help in sorting this out for us.
