Steve & Bill are awesome! Steve helped me order an RX1HS & bag. The transaction was seamless and shipping was fast! I called technical support the day I got my printer and spoke with Bill. The printer driver/ software wouldn’t open so he helped me get it working and made sure it was printing before we ended the phone call. Keep ink in stock for one....For the past year I have asked you guys to keep more of the ink in stock and they last 3 times I have either had to buy online or you guys have couriered it to me. Today the rep said maybe buy two next time, well thats a bandaid for your inability to support your customers, he even said for me to talk to the girl who is married to the guy who orders who should probably be moved to another position because he is not doing his job.
