We love imaging spectrum. Great prices and great service. We ordered directly from fuji for years with our mini lab, but now we get everything from IS. We love our Dx100 and would recommend that printer and Imaging Spectrum to anyone.

I just ordered my printer couple days ago. I shopped around for the best deal I could get. Imaging Spectrum price wasn't the best deal I found online, but the customer service was excellent. Kevin was very prompt and always gave more information than I asked (good info). I've always believed in good customer service which is why I decided to buy from IS even though I had a better deal on the other reseller. Placed an order yesterday morning and realized I need extra paper for this weekend. Talk to Laura and was able to overnight a box. Just got it now. Best service ever! Will always use them for my printing/paper needs.
I'm long overdue on giving Imaging Spectrum a review. They are one of the most amazing companies I have worked with. Everybody is super friendly and helpful, going above and beyond on a consistent basis. The staff I've worked with has not just been employees who are only doing a job in providing sales or support but they have a vibe which has made them friends throughout the years as well. In short: Great prices, great support, great people!

Imaging Spectrum saved my behind! My printer died on a Wednesday. I needed it for photo booth jobs on Saturday & Sunday. The manufacturer couldn't get a replacement to me until Monday. But I was able to buy a new (backup) printer from Imaging Spectrum Wednesday afternoon - with free shipping! - and UPS delivered it the very next day! I was SO thankful and relieved!
This company is GREAT!!! I have BOOTHARAZZI Photo Booth and we bought r printers and Dark Room Booth from them. They always answer all my questions and I do have a lot of them . ( sorry lol ) They never rush me off the phone and always always more then happy to help me or my husband. I highly recommend them.
