I stopped by to pick up a copy of my MRI. The imaging desk employees didn't acknowledge me for 2- 3 minutes. Wheen I was noticed I was asked "what are you here for?" Wow. Very abrupt and as if she was being bothered. I've never had this experience at RMI.
I got admitted to the hospital on Wednesday night. I had a MRI ordered Thursday late afternoon. I’m still in the hospital and I still have not had my MRI done yet. And now as I still am in the hospital in so much pain I can barely move without crying I’m being told they won’t be able to do it today which is Saturday. This place is a joke! Tomorrow will be 3 weeks waiting for Interventional Radiology to call me to set up a thyroid biopsy. My oncologist has faxed the order to them twice. My anxiety is through the roof. I called them 48 hours ago and was told they would have their scheduling department call me back. I'm so disenchanted with this department. The Breast Center called me within 24 hours to set up a biopsy. They've been wonderful.
I had a CT scan done due to concerning symptoms the third week of December and it still has not been read or sent to my physician. Sure hope there isn’t anything seriously wrong seeing as how I’ve been waiting a MONTH for results!
