They insisted on charging me $50 to start the procedure. I had already checked with my insurance and was told that I should only have a copay of $25. When I arrived I had to pay $40 to be able to do procedure. They said the reason for extra charge was bc I had not met my deductible. Again I checked with my insurance and was told I had met my deductible long before this appt.
